MBO has steadily expanded its European and international position to better serve its customers. In 2008, MBO acquired Radiel/FONDAM, becoming the only French manufacturer of solder products. A further production facility of MBO is located in Poland.

The company produces and distributes solder wires, fluxes (liquid/gel), wave solder alloys, preforms, solder pastes and some special products such as peelable masks. The range of lead-free alloys is compatible with RoHS solder. However, leaded alloys are still available for certain applications. The products are used in BGA welding, wave soldering, the manufacture of printed circuit boards and electronic components and industrial soldering in general.
